Lovely staff. Felt safe and secure with the COVID protocols. Love the large frame they have of different lash styles, that was incredibly helpful! Sadly alot of my lashes fell out the next day and by the sixth day, about half were missing which was sad to see. I spoke to another lash extension artist whom claims my lashes are currently in the "shedding" season so I'll have to return to applying when my natural cycle is ready for another round. SECOND VISIT: Their new location is inside Dymocks Building (entry is between the bookstore and the stationery store) on George St. Fuyumi applied a 2D light extension which feel alot lighter than regular lashes. She was very gentle and observant to my lash type and my eyes didn't sting when they opened! Thanks so much for taking care of me everytime 🙏 ~ Yuki
Whenever I travel to Australia, I always book an appointment for eyelash extensions with Laila Lash beauty. Rui and the team are absolutely amazing. Meticulous technique, gentle removal of old lashes, very efficient work and the longevity of my lashes always ensures that I come back when I can. The studio is always clean, well ventilated, relaxing - and I love the curved beds! So comfortable! I used to live in Sydney and found Rui many years ago when Laila Lash started at another location. Although I’ve worked with different technicians at Laila (this time I had Kaede who was very sweet), my experience has been consistent. Sometimes it might be more than a year between visits but Rui has always welcomed me back, which I think is really awesome customer service. Today I had 3D eyelash extensions by Arin. She is very skilled and considerate. Before the treatment by asking my previous lash extension experiences and what outcome I want to achieve. Even before she start the treatment I was very comfortable. And also, she asked me if I need anything and checked if I am comfortable or not. The end result! Is superb. I had lash extensions for many years by one person in the past and after she left, I tried others and never liked it and I stopped for a year.(yes, I am very picky) Definitely, Arin uses good quality of lashes. It’s very light and comfortable. I often forget that I have extensions. Looks very natural and suits my eye shape. Thank you Arin ! See you next time !! ~ Gia K

I have a question because I am definitely a person who is sensitive to adhesives and cosmetics. I had tried getting extensions once however the glue felt like shampoo in my eyes. Is extensions something that I should forget about?
Hi Julie, So sorry for the late reply as we only saw this message and we didn't receive any notification of your message. I would recommend getting an eyepatch test and also ask what brand glue is being used so you can determine if it is a specific brand/product. Hope that helps.
