Today I had 3D eyelash extensions by Arin. She is very skilled and considerate. Before the treatment by asking my previous lash extension experiences and what outcome I want to achieve. Even before she start the treatment I was very comfortable. And also, she asked me if I need anything and checked if I am comfortable or not. The end result! Is superb. I had lash extensions for many years by one person in the past and after she left, I tried others and never liked it and I stopped for a year.(yes, I am very picky) Definitely, Arin uses good quality of lashes. It’s very light and comfortable. I often forget that I have extensions. Looks very natural and suits my eye shape. Thank you Arin ! See you next time !! ~ Gia K

Lovely staff. Felt safe and secure with the COVID protocols. Love the large frame they have of different lash styles, that was incredibly helpful! Sadly alot of my lashes fell out the next day and by the sixth day, about half were missing which was sad to see. I spoke to another lash extension artist whom claims my lashes are currently in the "shedding" season so I'll have to return to applying when my natural cycle is ready for another round. SECOND VISIT: Their new location is inside Dymocks Building (entry is between the bookstore and the stationery store) on George St. Fuyumi applied a 2D light extension which feel alot lighter than regular lashes. She was very gentle and observant to my lash type and my eyes didn't sting when they opened! Thanks so much for taking care of me everytime 🙏 ~ Yuki

Whenever I travel to Australia, I always book an appointment for eyelash extensions with Laila Lash beauty. Rui and the team are absolutely amazing. Meticulous technique, gentle removal of old lashes, very efficient work and the longevity of my lashes always ensures that I come back when I can. The studio is always clean, well ventilated, relaxing - and I love the curved beds! So comfortable! I used to live in Sydney and found Rui many years ago when Laila Lash started at another location. Although I’ve worked with different technicians at Laila (this time I had Kaede who was very sweet), my experience has been consistent. Sometimes it might be more than a year between visits but Rui has always welcomed me back, which I think is really awesome customer service. It was my first time getting my eyelashes done and I read prior to booking that Kaeda had a lot of positive reviews. I booked with her and I instantly had a positive experience. From the initial greeting, she kindly went through all the different types of lashes, the technique used, and she wanted to know what look I wanted by showing me on an iPad the examples she had. After I chose, she took me onto the comfortable bed and was very gentle at prepping my eye lids & lashes. Took about 45min to 1 hour and the whole time she was soooo gentle that I almost fell a sleep lol. That is how gentle she was! And the best thing was the outcome! Wow, my lashes looked so good I was very impressed. I had no irritation at all, and I didn't even feel like I had eyelash extensions on. The lashes were super soft and light. I will definitely book with Kaeda again soon for an infill. ~ Serena

I've been coming to Laila Lash for a few years, and before that have been getting eyelash extensions for over a decade. I see Kelly at Laila Lash and am absolutely thrilled by her work! She is a true master at creating beautiful eyelash extensions, especially to suit your eyeshape. I get the "doll style" type and even after 3 weeks, the lashes have hardly fallen out (even though I wear makeup almost everyday). I've been to many other eyelash extensions places, and my lashes have fallen out a lot quicker in the past when done by other people. Kelly has such fantastic technique, and the fact my eyelashes still look so good after 3 weeks is a true testament to her skills. She is very gentle (I often fall asleep), and I can definitely tell she truly cares about your eyelashes as she takes great pride in her work!Thank you so much Kelly!! Had my first ever eyelash extensions by Fuyumi and it was magnificent! Fuyumi is very bubbly and friendly. She definitely knows what she is doing. Because it was my first time, I had lots of questions to ask and Fuyumi was patient in answering all of it. The place was clean and quiet. I felt really relaxed while waiting for my eyelashes to finish which took about 2 hours (including eyebrow threading). It was easy to book in and they do follow ups to check on how your eyelashes are going. I had lots of compliments and my friends say the lashes look really natural. I've been getting my eyelash extensions from this salon and very happy with their work! They look so natural yet good volume and the glue they use doesn't sting AT ALL that they don't even have to dry them when they finish putting them on. Highly recommended. こちらでまつげのエクステをしていただいていますが、とても上手で、自然ながらもボリュームもきちんとあり、大満足です。使用しているグルーもオリジナルのもので全く染みない目に優しい物を使っているのもイイ感じ。とってもオススメです！ ~ Koko Y

もう何度もリピートしています。とにかく早くて、長持ち、高い技術力で毎回満足のいく仕上がりです。自然な仕上がりで、「どこでエクステしてるの？」と聞かれる事も多いです！また施術者の方が、ただ沢山エクステをつければいいという考えではないので、エクステが取れても、しっかり別の自まつ毛が育っています。これは結構重要だと思いますよ！ ~ Naomi M

Best experience ever! Both Yui and Rui are friendly and welcoming. You could tell that they really care about giving you the best experience and they are good at what they do. Yui discussed every detail with me and explain each step to me carefully prior application to make sure I get exactly what I wanted. And I did get what I wanted. The extensions are soft and fluffy and don’t weigh your own lashes down. The place is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Overall my best experience so far. Laila lash is amazing! Great value for money, and they take pride in their work! I am a regular now at Laila lash, my technician Rui is very professional and her work is truly an art. I had my first Russian lash here and once you go Russian, you’ll never go back 😁 The lashes are so soft but gives you an instant glam , each one placed skilfully according to your eye shape. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had my eyelashes done by such professionals. I’ve had so many terrible experiences in the past, my regular eyelash technicians closed down about a week ago so it was a little scary trusting new people. All I can say is WOW. I just had a superb experience with Arin! It was my first time getting lash extensions so I was a bit nervous about the result. Before starting, Arin asked me about the look I prefer and I emphasized that I needed it to look natural. She helped me choose the design & shape I wanted and it turned out absolutely perfect. I felt very comfortable lying down even if it took 3 hours. Her hands are so light that I fell asleep for most of the appointment 🤣 I will definitely come back and am recommending the salon and Arin to all my friends! ~ C M

I'm obsessed with this place! I've been going here for months now to get my lashes done and they never fail to impress me. Honestly can't trust anyone else with my lashes. All the workers here are highly skilled at their job! and the working environment is very professional as well. Besides that the price is affordable and the location is easy to get there by public transport. Been coming to this place to fix my lashes for the last 9 months and the results always amaze me every time. Rui has top notch experience and very highly skilled. I have a moon-shaped eye and to do my lash is very tricky but she does my eyelash extension perfectly without making my eye look more "droopy". I read other comments about the lash don't last longer than 2 weeks for some customers -but as for me -the extension it self can last for 6 weeks to 7 weeks. Highly recommended! ~ Juw H

I've been to 10 different lash technicians for Russian volume 5D and Yui is hands down the best. I love how she takes her time perfecting my lashes and makes sure that I am happy and comfortable with her work. My lashes have been damaged from previous lash technicians charging me up to $350. LAILA lash & beauty charge very reasonably and use high quality products. Can't praise this place enough! Finally found my go to for lash extensions ❣ ~ Kristen R

Had a classic full set done just before I went overseas and they came out just how I described how I wanted them! I was very impressed that the technician listened and took her time doing them. The place looks clean and relaxing. I had quite some lashes fall out the next day and contacted laila lash and Rui was very nice and offered to fix it. Love that you get $20 off on full set, definitely coming back again! :) ~ ET X

If there is a Michelin system in the eyelash industry, I would definitely give this salon 5 stars.Each staff are really details, kind, friendly, and attentive. I've got eyebrow microblading and lip tattoo at this salon. It was about 3 years ago. It still looks nice, no fading and still beautiful. This salon has worth to go Sydney just visit here. I’m super happy with how my lashes turned out. My technician was meticulous in her approach and very clearly invested in the quality of her work. She made sure that I was happy with how the perm had come out and even asked if she could take a photograph for her folio. The environment was calm and inviting and a lot more luxurious than other beauty parlours. I will be coming back here from now on :) ~ Crystal L

I had a fantastic experience here! Ruka did a mini lash for me, and she was so lovely while delivering an amazing result. I absolutely love them! I really appreciated how I could customize my lashes to my liking especially because I prefer a really natural and short look.
